Working Principle
The multi-functional continuous baking machine mainly consists of a frame, a conveyor belt, a heating system, and a hot air circulation system. The hopper at the front of the machine features a baffle, allowing adjustment of the material layer thickness according to the permeability of different materials, thus ensuring even heat distribution. The conveyor belt is driven by a frequency-controlled motor, allowing stable speed adjustment within a wide range. The degree of baking is controlled by the motor speed and the set temperature. The heating system and hot air circulation system ensure uniform heat distribution within the oven, with hot air flowing upwards through the material from beneath the conveyor belt. The temperature controller provides automatic temperature control, achieving higher precision and stability with longer operation time. By appropriately matching the material layer thickness, conveyor belt speed, and baking temperature, optimal baking results can be achieved.
